DELIVERY and Shipping Information

KARA STONE Collections are custom made to order. Each ORBIT, DUET, VERGE or SIGNET Collection piece will be especially made to your selection and can take between 14 to 21 days to make, before shipping and will be dispatched as soon as possible.

*Currently due to the Covid situation your delivery may experience some delays out side of our control.

ESSENTIALS & LIMITED EDITION items, most are ready-to-dispatch or one-of-a-kind. If the item is IN STOCK, it will be dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 3-5 days.

Once your order is complete, it is boxed, wrapped and dispatched and an email notification will be sent to you. Australia Post is a trusted service to deliver your order. Please note: KARA STONE will not refund or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered and is not liable for any late deliveries caused by third-party courier companies and we cannot be held liable for incorrect deliveries due to address input errors.

All Orders within Australia — $10 flat rate

At this time KARA STONE does not deliver out of Australia, but contact us directly if you have a special request.


RETURNS & Exchanges

At KARA STONE, we gladly offer a credit note on non-customised pieces for Essentials & Limited Edition ranges - provided the customer has notified us BEFORE the item has been dispatched/shipped. Our credit notes are valid for a period of 12 months. Please understand we cannot accept returns on custom or made to order pieces. Once your customised order has been placed, if you change your mind please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. If production has not begun, we will offer a credit note. However, if your piece has already begun manufacture, it cannot be cancelled, and will be shipped to you.

FAULTY ITEMS & Repairs

All jewellery is meticulously quality checked prior to dispatch, however, from time to time, there may be a rare fault. We want every customer to be 100% satisfied with their piece, therefore should you receive a product with an agreed fault, we will gladly offer a credit note, repair or replace the original piece, within 2 months of purchase. To notify us of the fault, please email us or call us by phone. The piece will need to be returned to Kara Stone by the customer.

Please note that wear and tear during the course of normal use is not considered a fault. Please refer to our Materials Matter FAQ’s and Product Care Information, to ensure the best life of your piece.
